At Innovation SFX, we are committed to sustainability and meeting our strategic goals. Our team understands that sustainability encompasses environmental, social, and economic factors. With this in mind, we have established three primary goals to guide our efforts.

Firstly, we are dedicated to environmental sustainability and becoming Net Carbon Zero. Our slogan, "Growing Forwards," reflects our commitment to innovation while remaining conscious of our climate impact. We strive to minimize and offset our carbon footprint by using recyclable and reusable materials whenever possible. Additionally, we responsibly source all our products. To further contribute, our team volunteers at community gardens and environmental charity organizations to offset any remaining emissions.

Innovation SFX also recognizes the importance of leaving a lasting social impact. We actively engage with the community through regular events that prioritize inspiring the next generation of F1 in Schools students. By sharing our passion, we aim to encourage young minds to pursue engineering opportunities. We also maintain open communication with stakeholders to keep them updated on our progress and foster collaboration initiatives.

Lastly, economic sustainability is a priority for us. We uphold high standards in financial and risk management practices. Through a detailed management planning process, we minimize issues during competition preparation. We provide weekly status reports to effectively monitor risks and ensure responsible budgeting. We also consult stakeholders when necessary to ensure transparency and alignment with our financial goals.
