Our preschool is part of Torrens Primary School, which is a P-6 school set in spacious grounds. In addition to our main campus, we also have three offsite preschools in Chifley, Pearce, and Torrens. This allows us to cater to a diverse range of students and provide them with the best possible start to their education.

Teamwork and tolerance are highly promoted at Torrens Preschool. Our dedicated and involved team of staff delivers high-quality educational and extra-curricular programs. We are known for the range of incredible opportunities we offer to our students, including activities such as gymnastics, soccer, carnivals, camps, music lessons, concerts, and talent quests. We also provide access to the latest technology, screens, devices, and robots to enhance their learning experience.

As an inclusive institution, we cater to a broad range of individual differences, including gifted and talented students and students with special needs. Our early intervention programs focus on the development of early literacy and numeracy skills, led by our supportive team of staff, including Executive teachers, School Psychologist, EALD staff, learning assistants, parents, and special interest partners.

Torrens Preschool is part of a collaborative network with Mawson and Farrer Primary schools, Melrose High School, and Canberra College. This allows us to offer outstanding transition programs and ensure a seamless educational journey for our students.
