Welcome to Let's Talk Counselling and Psychotherapy, located in the heart of Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. My name is Simon Tidy, and I am a registered counsellor dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable space for individuals and couples to explore their thoughts and emotions.

Established in 2020, Let's Talk Counselling and Psychotherapy offers both online and face-to-face counselling services. Whether you are facing mental health issues, ADHD/ADD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, anger, addiction, domestic abuse, or any other challenges, I am here to support you on your journey to healing.

At Let's Talk Counselling and Psychotherapy, I believe that everyone can benefit from talking to someone about their life experiences. For couples seeking support, I specialize in addressing issues such as betrayal/infidelity trauma, sex/porn addiction in relationships, communication breakdown, emotional disconnection, and sexual dysfunction. Additionally, I am experienced in working with clients in Poly/ENM relationships, understanding the unique dynamics and challenges that arise in these partnerships.
