Called to cancel my daughter's unscheduled first appointment with Dr. Claire, the receptionist was saying I should let my GP know first before calling them. My GP referred to them 2 weeks ago, I never received a call or email to schedule the appointment. Out of good intention, I notify them I won't take my daughter there to the clinic so don't bother to arrange the time. Then I got these bunch of' U should'. very Interesting."
