In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented measures to ensure the safety of our vulnerable patients, as well as our independent doctors, nurses, and staff. We kindly request that if you are feeling unwell with symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, or any other symptoms that could be related to COVID-19, please make a telehealth appointment online instead of visiting the medical centre directly.

Additionally, if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 7 days or are experiencing persistent symptoms after a positive test, we ask that you also opt for a telehealth appointment. However, if you are facing a severe medical emergency or have severe COVID-19 symptoms, please call 000 immediately and inform the operator if you are in self-isolation due to COVID-19.

To ensure the safety of all visitors, we require everyone attending our centre to wear a mask, especially to protect those who are at particular risk of COVID-19.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. We also offer extended hours on Monday to Friday from 7am to 8am, Saturday from 1pm to 6pm, as well as Sunday and public holidays.

Please note that all patients, except those who are bulk-billed, are required to pay the full fee upfront. However, you can claim the Medicare rebate at the time of payment.
