We believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. That is why we draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. Our holistic and non-pathologising therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology. By utilizing these diverse approaches, we aim to find the best way to understand and resolve your concerns.

In addition to our commitment to providing high-quality counselling services, we are also dedicated to the development of emerging practitioners in the Canberra region. We proudly support Masters students in completing their practical placements, ensuring that they gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
