"Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful staff. I feel like I will never shopping on that shop again and would not recommend anyone. I brought a dress today, staff even did not put my dress on bag, he just put my dress on desk unfolded after I pay. When my friend asked for bag, he said very rudely do you want bag or not to me . He don’t know the customer service. I feel very bad. I pay for that product , he is not giving me free. I don’t know why he treated us like that . Anyway I had worst experience today . I will never visit again."

"Very, very poor quality clothing. No doubt made in a sweatshop. The staff are downright awful, never mind customer service, they ignore their customers altogether. I’d avoid this store, you can find affordable clothing elsewhere with much better service and higher quality."

"WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. NK FASHION TTP So pov. I’m looking for an outfit for my birthday party on Saturday. I feel insecure about myself so decided not to wear a dress. And instead chose a size 10 top and size 12 pants (IM A SIZE 10 in pants) but wanted the extra room. The shirt fit perfectly. The pants fit fine and in fact where quite loose around the legs. Only problem was, the zip was dodgy. I tried to budge the zips (I’m sure every girl has faced the problem with there own jeans) and it will always zip up. ‼️The zip was dodgy and got stuck. I couldn’t unzip the pants coz it wouldn’t budge. Anyway I open the door to a male (this is a female clothing store only btw) and whispered the zip is dodgy and then he turned around laughed and yelled across to his co worker claiming it was “too tight” and I “forced the zip up” . I’m sitting there almost in tears to hear a customer laugh and go “she can’t get them off because they are too tight?” (She didn’t even see me, it wasn’t too tight it was literally the zip!) ‼️ So the workers and customers both humiliated me. I’m not really keen to try clothes on anymore. Thanks for killing any type of self esteem I had left. I have put in a complaint to the Australian Human Rights Commission!"
