"I don’t even know where to start. First of all I have been here maybe 5 times in the last 6 months and every single time I have ordered it has rather taken over half an hour, food’s been cold or they have straight up been rude. Oh and let me tell you about there almost being a straight up riot at your store a few months back when there were around 10 people most of them waiting for over half an hour and some over an hour (including me). I’m not pretending like these were huge orders these were average sized orders with a very long wait wait time. I have only just thought to write this because as of 30 minutes ago my mother ordered 2 Oreo storms and a cheeseburger. She called it before it even came that it would be wrong we got 2 drumstick minis instead. How can you even mess that up, it was 2 o’clock in the morning so no way could you get an order confused with such low order frequency. I work in a fast food store very close to this one and I can’t even begin to comprehend how they can be so bad of a restaurant. The restaurant I work at and here use the same order software to keep track of the orders so I cannot see any reason how any of them can be this bad at their job. The only explanation I can have for any of this is that they are all on some kind of drug or substance that causes them to purposefully miss orders and make them wrong."

"This Hungry Jacks is by far the worst one I've ever been to. I ordered a super stunner meal and when given to me, there was a HAIR coming out from under the cup lid. the guy at the counter took it out and kindly asked if I'd like another drink, which i took and was very grateful. I then proceeded to drive home only to find when I open and take a bit of my burger ANOTHER HAIR. I am extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness in this store and would like to see much more precautions in place so this doesn't happen to anyone else!!"

"Hey Everyone, Me and my friends (16-17 yrs old) went to this Hungry Jack’s after going to our church youth group wanting to get some food and hang out. One of our friends birthday was the next day and we were celebrating them. The assumed manager (the one with the bald patch) threatened to call the police if we weren’t quiet (we weren’t that loud fyi) and then other customers that seemed to be under the influence began to yell and swear at us. We were quite gobsmacked of how rude they are and were packing up our rubbish getting ready to leave when they started yelling at us calling us multiple inappropriate names and threatening to bash our cars. The manager stood there and laughed with them. Honestly, it’s shocking how terrible the staff treated us for no reason especially since we are minors. Someone needs to teach them some respect or hire out new staff. Do yourself a favour and never go there. Terrible service. Terrible people. Food was decent though even if it took forever to be served."

"I'm a delivery driver for uber. This restaurant always makes me wait for a long time.However I do not care that so much because I just work outside the classroom. Today it really makes me annoyed.I have a double pick from uber. So the supervisor here did not give me food because it is a double pick.Excuse me？ As far as I know, double pick is available on all delivery platforms.If you really care about the guest experience.Don't make us wait so long for food.And you should set up your own delivery platform without double pick lamo. I won't be coming to this store again.I was really annoyed about that today."

"The place looks good how ever the crew need to be a bit faster and correctly make the burgers with out the hassle of unwanted extras you didn't ask for. The place needs to review the team they are running and actually hire competent team members that know how the make burgers at a good pace"
