"Shop is supposed to open at 11am Sunday. Got there just before 11 to find 4 other customers & one of the barbers waiting outside the door. 3 barbers arrived 1105am, no greeting or any form of communication with anyone. Got in the chair at 1107am and asked for a number 5 on sides, general trim and scissor top. No talk at all during the cut by the barber. Finished and out of the chair 1113am. Only thing barber said during the time was tap there pointing to the eftpos. Rude, ill-mannered people like this shouldnt be in what is a customer service industry."
