"Absolutely shocking hair cut! Not only is it completely uneven, one side of the fringe hangs lower than other side, it looks like its been hacked with blunt scissors and they cut it too short that I cant even get it fixed! I have taken my daughter here before and there is only 1 lady there who can cut hair, she does a good job but the lady who cut it today and there is another who is a young lady who cut it once are both terrible. The lady who did it this time was clearly in a rush despite the fact I rang and booked the appointment, she should not have booked the appointment if she knew she would be rushing. The lady who can cut hair is always polite and takes her time making sure she has done it even, the terrible lady who did it this time just clipped it back, went snip snip and took the cape of and said done. She didnt even check it. Im so disappointed and now my daughter has to get around like this until it grows out a little before I can get it fixed."
