"I use to have a 5 star review, but have deleted to create this one. I use to be a regular client but after my daughter was scratched by a hair dresser it made her uncomfortable so went elsewhere. my girls were over due a cut an was unable to book anywhere else, so it had been a while since I had been to changing looks since they had so many available appointments, decided to book in. never again. my daughter does dance, and had a comp this week so I showed the hair dresser the dried up bits of scalp,hairspray/glitter etc that were left in her hair. so I asked if she could also give her hair a decent wash. she then told me because she needs a decent cut she might not have the time to wash as she needs to check her timing. she the had a look at the dry bits of scalp and was pulling it out then decided that my daughter also had lice eggs (which she did not) I explained to her there is absolutely no way there could be any lice eggs in there because she had just had her her treated as a precaution before her dance comp and there is no actual bugs in her hair. and usually if they have eggs there is atleast one adult bug in the hair. it was incredibly embarrassing and the way the hair dresser spoke to me not only made me feel uncomfortable, but made my daughter cry. a hair dresser should be able tell the difference between dried scalp and eggs. have since seen a different hair dresser and she has started her hair and has said was definitely no lice eggs in her hair"

But I am 100% satisfied and love my hair, it feels so healthy and I've had nothing but compliments on it, after not having it done for 7 months I'm a happy customer, and have definitely found my new hairdressers. Added bonus was I got my eyebrows threaded at the same time. And the prices are super affordable compared to other salons."
