Your Welcome Pack will provide you with all the necessary information to be prepared for your first appointment. We encourage you to arrive early, whether it's a face-to-face or online session, to allow yourself time to gather your thoughts, make a cup of tea or coffee, and take a few deep breaths to relax.

During your first appointment, you will have the opportunity to raise your issues or concerns and express what you hope to achieve from therapy. It is also a time for you and your psychologist to start building a strong and open rapport. Your psychologist will outline a personalized Treatment Plan and schedule further appointments to ensure you receive ongoing therapy and work towards your therapeutic goals.
