"Hi there, I just had the most frustrating experience at Terry White Rundle Place, and I need to get this off my chest. I bought a laminator on Amazon and tried to return it at Terry White because they're supposed to be an Amazon 'ParcelPoint.' However, the girl at the counter, who I think is new, completely sucked at her job. She flat out refused to accept my return, saying I had to pack it up myself and go to a newsagency or post office for that. The thing is, I did put the laminator in a box beforehand with one side open, which was mainly for them to check the item. I know they handle shipping overseas stuff, I've been a loyal customer, using their services countless times before. So, I suggested, "Hey, could I at least purchase some bubble wrap or sticky tape from you guys?" She said “no, you should go to the post office or news agencies to pack it up”. So, I went to the post office, but it was closed because it was Saturday afternoon. Then I checked a few newsagencies, but they didn't have any bubble wrap. I went back to Terry White and tried to reason with the same staff member. I told her that all I needed was some sticky tape to seal one side of the box and some bubble wrap, which I saw on the counter. But she refused again. She said ‘YOU WILL USE TOO MANY STICKY TAPES and try to get some from reject shop’. Seriously, I'm not going to eat up all their sticky tape! I just needed a little help. I asked to speak to the manager, but she said ‘we don’t have manager’. Frustrated, I went to the back corner where they usually do the packaging stuff and asked for assistance. Thankfully, there was a super friendly Chinese girl who was also the staff in the store and understood my situation. I explained what happened at the front counter, and she kindly gave me some wraps and sticky tape. She even charged me a token $1. I was so relieved! But here's the kicker: another Asian staff member in the store looked really impatient and rolled her eyes at the Chinese girl who helped me, and I ended up being served by the Chinese girl for returning process, which was supposed not to be her duty. I’m not sure the ‘complexities’ of their contract with Amazon. All I ask is that if they can't handle the job properly, they should just give it up. I'm a reasonable customer actively trying to solve the problem. I even checked other places and came back to them for help. I'm not some crazy tape-hungry monster. Please kindly pass this complaint along to the ‘Manager’ TerryWhite Chemmart. Kind regards, Felix Wang"

"The staff scanned twice and charged me double of the product. Came back all the way back there wasted 40mins and now i have to spend another 20mins back to where i am supposed to be. Luckily, the staff remembered me so i got refund by cash which is i’m not very happy with. I wanted simple apology. Not like big money or argue involved but simple apology would be right thing to do i think. Not going back to this one."
