"The store is so tiny and packed to the brim with unopened stock making it even harder to get around. If they opened the boxes the shelves may actually have some items. Such low levels of stock and rude service."

"I went to buy a spray and there was no testing product. I understand that for some reason there is no testing product available. So I picked 2 scents that I thought smelled good to me. I lightly spray to choose the scent l like. I know it's something that shouldn't be. Then, if you buy it and like it. I don't want to go back and return the money to waste time, but of course, no one wants to pay money to buy something they don't like. I am a customer, I think I should be able to choose the scent I want. But what I'm not very impressed with is the service. A staff member, an Asian fat appearance woman with short hair, walks up to tell me, don't try, don't inject, you should buy it before you try. with an angry look dissatisfied face So I told her that I would buy it, but what I didn't like very much was that employee looked disgruntled, looked at me with disgusted, angry eyes and walked loudly complaining to me and her friend. In an aggressive, displeased manner, that shows Very bad service It's a very bad expression. I feel bad. Am I a customer who doesn't have the right to choose what I want to buy? or the organization does not provide service training of this employee That is something that should not happen in service work and I would like the company to adjust the service attitude of this employee urgently."

"As I will be away overseas and needed three months' supply for my medication. There were 2 repeats (2 months' medication) left for my prescription thus I requested a fresh prescription with 5 repeats from my GP a week before my visit here on 03Jan2023. The pharmacist told me that she could only give me 2 months' supply based on the old prescription and did not even want to look at my new prescription. Hence I went to another Chemist Warehouse to get the 3rd month's medication. That's when I found out the shorter expiry date (exp Sep 2023) for the stock from Gawler Place as compared to the stock I obtained from Chemist Warehouse Cloverly (exp Feb 2024) purchased on 5 Jan 2023. The good point is that there were shorter waiting time for prescription readiness in Gawler Place, less than 5 minutes as compared to the latter which took up to 30 minutes of waiting time."

"Poor management. 2 staff flat out on checkout at 12:15pm when the other day at 9:30am there were 5-6 staff on the floor. No sense. Lunch time in the city should have plenty of staff. Its not fair on the staff and your customers. I wanted to email the store manager and not post this publicly but unable to find any details."
