"We dropped in here looking at bed frame options and asked to look at frames and if they would suit a specific brand of mattress we are looking at. Manager was called over and was rude to my wife and I as soon as we asked if the warranty would be valid on competitor mattress based on the quality of the slats setup, and insisted that the structure of their bed is very sound and strong and would not be an issue for the competitor brand mattress. This was a complete incorrect assertion based on no prior knowledge of the competitor mattress and apparently just making a false statement without any basis is okay here. Stay away is my suggestion, furniture looks great but quality is not there."
