"Do Not expect any customer service. We purchased a couch from Eureka Street Furniture in March this year but it wasn't due for delivery until June. We were disappointed when what we ended up receiving was not a brand new couch but the floor stock model of which the left recliner was loose and the cushion was worn down unevenly, the cup holders we full of crumbs and lucky for us we got the special covid safe edition of a used tissue stuck between the cushions. The people at the store seemed to have no idea what had happened and the computers were responsible for us receiving floor stock which is why no-one let us know before hand. They told us that our couch had never arrived and we can either choose to keep the floor stock permanently (no discount was offered) or we could keep the floor stock until our couch arrives in September. Neither of these options suited as the couch was already collapsing and the communication was leaving a lot to be desired. And quite frankly I didn't trust them to ever deliver our new couch if we had already paid full price for floor stock. So i asked for a new couch of equal value to use until our couch was shipped in they said no - I knew it was a long shot but I thought that would be my ideal scenario. So then i asked for a partial refund of the couch but we would keep the floor stock until our new couch came in. They said no. At no time did they ever try to work with me to come up with a solution (other than us keeping the floor stock at full price until the new stock came in - but i had lost all faith in their ability to deliver on their word) all I was looking for was a bit of customer service but it was just not there. So in the end I pushed for a full refund which I was hoping we could do over the phone because we were in lock down at the time. However they were also unable to do that - so we had to go to the store in the middle of lock down for our refund. And guess what - all floor stock was 60-70% off!!! I could not believe it. I will never buy from these guys again. Went to Harvey Norman got a better couch for the same price and it was delivered in 3 days. Serves me right for trying to support a smaller business I understand that mistakes happen and that times are tough etc. however all i was looking for was a solution of"
"Worst customer service I have ever receives in my life. They are super quick to get your money, but if yoy are ordering ANYTHING that is not in store add quite a few weeks or months to your order. And forget to hear from them after you paid, even when you call and follow up and they say multiple times they will find out and call you back even until the day of delivery which most likely wont actually happen they still do not call back. I have been to a couple of their stores and the staff have both been the same. However, my experience has been directly with Bundall, Natalie and Shelly ZERO responsiveness. Also, if you purchase anything discounted and its faulty forget to get a refund or an exchange which was never mentioned when I was paying and only noticed when I arrived home. Worst staff ever, I can't believe these people run this shop. Terrible pelase be aware so you dont end up like us still not receiving your items and having NO idea at this stage if/ when. As the response of management below we will take your feedback for 'on board' .. zero desire to actually make things better/ fix problems for customer(s)"
"Have just purchased a lounge suite from this store after receiving the best service from Rachael & Natalie. Both had excellent knowledge of the products and were helpful in making the right choice to fit our apartment, lifts etc. Professional. Thoroughly recommend."
"Quality of furniture is a mixed bag, bought a few item from the closed down Robina store. The main issue being the tv unit which I asked to swap for the floor model as the one brought in was of terrible build quality, plus it took over 5 months to receive everything. Called staff every month to follow up on items & kept hearing of delays, I understand there is logistical issues due to Covid & although I was happy to wait, Some better communication would've made everything easier."
