"Words cannot express the level of disappointment we hold in Nick Scali Bundall. We purchased 2 pieces of furniture, a bed & a lounge back in April. Yet to see either of them. I will not name & shame the two staff we dealt with as I respect their right to privacy, but suffice to say they made many promises that were unkept - from delivery times, follow up schedules, not a single return phone call in the 4 months we have waited and then delay after delay on delivery. Eventually we escalated to dealing with the QLD BDM & though he was a nice enough person, even he could not make up for the continuous errors that have now continued to delivery - supposed to be today! What disgusts me most is that you are effectively held to ransom, asked to pay high deposits, threatened with no refund yet there is no accountability on their end. At 5.05pm last night, we were notified today's delivery was not happening - who reimburses us for the time we've had to take off work (which will now be 2 days in a row). So in essence, I can't speak to the product quality, because there is still no product. The second piece of furniture, we won't even see until September. Pretty disgraceful for purchases made in April. I have also spoken to others who identified issues with the same store & staff, so this is a repeat issue that won't ever solve itself. When will Nick Scali begin to read these reviews and act with integrity towards their customers. The excitement of being able to finally afford & purchase new furniture is now long gone, left with a disgusting taste of disappointment & regret. Please think twice before making a purchase, because the money will be swift to leave your account - the item, not so swift to arrive!!!"

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE OVER PRICED SCUMBAGS. Purchased a pendant light from Nic Scali from their shop in Bundal and had it delivered to my home. Upon arrival, the pendant was so damaged and looked like it had been eaten by bugs (it was a wooden/rattan pendant) and was a dark mouldy colour compared to one in show room. As soon as this pendant arrived, I took it straight back to Nick Scali at Robina and showed the female shop attendant and said i would like a full refund. She looked at the pendant and was in shock and said we don't sell that pendant here are you sure you purchased this from our Nick Scali. Mean while.... the same pendant was hanging from the ceiling on display with a price tag 10m from her vision, and she continued to DENY it was from Nick Scali. WOW, make sure your staff know the products you're selling Nick Scali!!!! She then proceeded to put the damaged pendant next to the one on display and said I don't think we can refund that even though we had a receipt and only purchased it a week ago. She then took photos of the pendant and then said we will have to go home and then take photos and send it to their head office as they don't deal with refunds in store. This whole refund process took months for a cheap pendant AND WAS a total NIGHTMARE to deal with. Whatever you do, don't buy from them as I would hate for someone to actually want a refund for something expensive."

"Service, professionalism and care for details to explain not the be charged $70 for the box packaging to be taken at delivery. Special mention: Efficient, positive mature sales lady whom jumped straight into service and logistics when we had explained that we settled today and would like something ready to take from the floor. Patently usual ETA for delivery is 10 days, earliest. After a quick call and some delivery support she’s booked our unique piece to be delivered to us in under 5 days. Store well appointed, set out well and great furniture as we have always experienced. Previously we had ordered over the phone and so glad to have had such a positive in store experience as a second time around. Thank you team"

"The quality of the furniture is appalling. Our lounge collapsed. On inspection the inside looks like it was made by kids with cheap wood, shoddy materials and totally amateur construction. Don’t buy anything here until you have it inspected by an expert. Not worth even 1 star."
