"Had a a terrible experience at their Nerang cardiology, the receptionist while nice enough messed up my appointment a total of 3 times, first when I and gave her my referral and other forms she needed, she was busy and said she’d call me and tell me what time I was booked for, never did, had to chase that up. Then she messed up the time of my appointment and had also booked me in for the wrong thing. When I finally got to see the cardiologist, he asked me to remove my mask when I was inside (the place had please wear your mask signs everywhere) and during the appointment he asked if I could be a “private waitress” for him at some event he was hosting at his home and proceeded to tell me how the last girl left crying. (I’m assuming it’s because he made her feel just as uncomfortable as I felt inside of his office) completely unprofessional and down right creepy. I’m a 21 year old female who only met that cardiologist that day and was in total shock by the words coming out of his mouth. I’ll never be returning to any of their cardiology centres."
