"Friendly staff, in and out within 30 mins with my scan done. Highly recommend."
"I have no complaints about the reception staff who were polite and helpful. However the ultrasound technician was most unprofessional. She was very rough, made a mess with the lubricant on my clothes and failed to provide enough paper towelling to dry off that I had to ask for. I needed this ultra sound in a hurry so could not get into South Cosst X-ray who are quite the opposite in their attitude and caring towards patients. I won’t be back."
"They are deliberately wasting Medicare money with company policy. I have returned from the hospital orthopedics today after having x-rays. I need to have an MRI and decided to book privately due to the wait time in the hospital public system, and my next appointment is in 4 weeks. I was given a referral by the hospital. I called GC Radiology in Hope Island to book the MRI who said they have a new company policy. They won't do an MRI without doing x-rays as the report for the x-ray needs to accompany the MRI report. I explained that I had just returned from having x-rays done at orthopedics so the surgeon doesn't need an x-ray report. He just needs an MRI. The receptionist wouldn't budge. So now I need to book a GP appointment so get a referral for x-rays that I don't need. What an absolute waste of Medicare money for the x-rays and my GP appointment. And we wonder why the health system is broken !!"
"Very professional right from when you initially walk in to the facility. The appointment was at 12:00 and I was attended to 5 minutes earlier which was great. The Sonographer was professional yet friendly and explained the procedure in a detailed manner making it a comfortable experience. Dr Micheal Ryan, Thank you for the being awesome with the procedure and all the added information to go along with the diagnosis and treatment."
"Have been here a couple of times over the last few years. The staff has always been excellent. This time was no different. I'd like to share something else this time. My GP, who had given me a referral to another radiology company, asked where I'd gone for this. Why? Because he said that the report produced was excellent. Very detailed. And let's face it. The quality of the work and the result the most important thing. And this company seems to produce quality work."
