"Absolutely terrible. 10:15am appointment. 11:30am still hadnt seen the Dr so i left. Staff at desk couldnt care less and they were quite content sitting there doing FA. Wont be coming back, terrible."

"I am very happy that I have the team at Amtan Hope Island to take care of me. My Dr is Dr Rajkumar. Dr Raj is great at being a doctor and genuinely caring. Kind and always patient with me, taking the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. He guides me and gives me the information I need to make decisions. Gerda at the front desk is always friendly and efficient, she goes above and beyond to be helpful, even before I ask! The office is nice: modern, welcoming and very convenient. Very happy with Amtan Hope Island !!!"

"Doctor was 3 hours and 35 minutes late to our phone appointment before I gave up. When we contacted the clinic on numerous occasions I was told to continue waiting and that I was next. 2 hours later still waiting ?!Ended up booking in and being served by another clinic before Amtan even called. The most PATHETIC service ever not provided, lots of 1 star reviews, not surprised. Will be visiting My Healthycity clinic next time, only 100 meters down the road and has good reviews."

"I’ve had a few really good experiences and a few not so great experiences, the male doctor was excellent! Often long wait times in the waiting room, and once I got into the room the female doctor didn’t really spend the time with me to explain what was happening. Just gave me a few prescriptions, was in and out within 5 minutes. I had a phone consult on another occasion with a female doctor that I could barely understand and she had absolutely no idea what the results were for and couldn’t answer my questions, she also hung up on me twice"
