"We were given the wrong keys to the apartment and could not get in the lifts and had to go all the way back to the office to get it sorted after a long walk with luggage. not a good start. On entering apartment looked great with a wonderful view. Thats where the positive ends. Then the following negatives: no teabags or any sugar to go with coffee pods. Toaster did not work, Rust stains in bath, mould on tiles, mould on silicon shower, dirty toilet brush, tv in bedroom did not work, only one glass and many wine glasses, one tea cup and three coffee with 2 chipped and one broken, patch on carpet different color, no quilt just a sheet as a bedspread, painted wall behind bedhead had not been moved and painting looks shabby around bed. I host a luxury apartment in Victor Harbor and I would never present it like this. Regret the booking. Overall not a good experience. First time I have had to write a poor review. Pick up your game Holiday Paradise."

"The room location was good. The view could have been better but we did have an view of the beach if you sat on one of the ends of the dining table chairs then you would have a beach view. The internet was easy to connect to simple. We had an Android smart tv which was easy to connect to the internet and then I joined my personal Google account and had the kids set up like home. Disconnecting the tv from my local account was not as easy as it should be not the property's fault it's a TV thing. The location was good as it was within walking distance to all the yummy food places and you were in the middle of surfers and a quick walk to the beach that the kids did not want to go to just go to the hotel pool. The main pain point that could have been improved was that even though you have a designated parking spot that you have paid for in the accommodation package we had a 24hr period that someone took it and having 2 kids under the age of five and also being a person with a disability this was crucial to make the stay 100% pleasant but its something that I spoke with the property manager about and we all understood and this is a place I would go back to and hopefully this parkin issue will be improved. The negative thing about being central to everything in surfers is the fact that the noise of the nightlife was too high that it affected my mother and daughter in the second bedroom. Also, it can help if the second bedroom had a night light. We moved one of the main bedroom nightlights bedside nightlights to the second bedroom to help my mum and daughter sleep and then when checking out we moved it back. The lifts although we had four within Hilton Hotel which this apartment was located the lifts were small and skinny there was no way 16 normal-sized people could fit in the hotel lifts. We sometimes had to wait for 3 lifts to go and come back and get the lift on the third or 4th attempt. I know this room was not disability built and speaking to Mark he did say the building was old however some improvements to how this room can be slightly more disability friendly would be to have grab handles in the shower to help people with disabilities. The room when first walking in you could see automatically had markings on the wall and you could tell it was for families with kids this I can understand however when looking at the livingroom carpet it was not professionally cleaned or normally vacumed. I know we vacumed to the best of our ability and clean the apartment so that it looked cleaner than what we got the room in. However we did enjoy our stay. The pic of the car is not our car but the issue of the actualk car that took our designated parking spot. He or She was a naughty individual."

"Room smelt musky, hard to check in at nighttime. Room service phone in the room but can’t get room service. Had a sick baby and reception wouldn’t point me in the direction of a doctor. No towels for the pool and the key didn’t open to towel room so we were freezing after a spa and had to walk back wet. Noisy at nighttime. Bad experience and wouldn’t stay again. Waste of good money."
