"Wouldn’t recommend staying here. The location is a bit isolated. I booked the room for $360 via expedia. The room size was 44sq which is same as most other rooms. They had policy to have a roll out bed if required which they changed. Charged me another $510. In total $880 in approx for two nights because i had a 10 year old which they couldn’t accommodate on a roll out bed. There explanation was the room was small. I dont believe so as other rooms of 45msq was easily accomodating 3 people on the website. They said with the extra $510 i will be given as upgrade three times the level i had initially booked. Well i have to say the room was tragic. The kitchen was horrible and the bathroom was worse. The tiles look out dated and didnt have some amenities. They gave an us upgraded ground floor so they say . The view was a wall. You had to climb over a chair to see the pool view. Overall very bad experience. I would stay clear. The staff and manager felt guilty charging us $510 extra so they refunded us $100. This was enough to write a good review im sorry. I would never stay here."

"Good stay and close to pretty much everything on the Gold Coast and the tram stop is a 5 minute walk. Bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. Service was great and very helpful. Good spot for families to stay as there are plenty of space in the rooms. Overall a great spot and cheaper than other hotels in the area."

"Excellent room - large, and very clean! Staff went above and beyond for us! The pool and spa were great, and the views are amazing. Close to restaurants, and shops. Only negative is the carpark is squishy and not enough parks. Otherwise, I can't fault anything."

"I booked this QLD trip as a surprise for my 10 year old son. We had the best time.close to beaches. The views were lovely. And I found the staff to be absolutely fabulous respectful and helpful. The heated pool was lovely and my son enjoyed it every day we were there. My bond was returned 2 days after we left - No issues. We will definitely be retuning to make more beautiful memories. "Very friendly staff on arrival and departure. Room was spacious and very clean on arrival nice view of the beach also close to public transport. However the wifi was poor kept dropping out and losing connection and sometimes very slow. We had requested a double bed prior booking but we were given two single beds. The pool & spa area was very luxurious and child friendly. Parking was limited so only a slight issue. Very tight security on the underground parking so vehicle was safe. Great access for disabled and elderly residents/visitors in an around the hotel above all it was a lovely experience and would recommend this hotel"
