"The reason I have given a 4 star rating on the food and service at this outlet can vary in quality and freshness and time, depending upon times of day and the manager and staff that are serving you and how busy they are. My wife and I usually stop and have a meal here, after we have done the shopping. When we have our Neice with us, she always wants McDonald's. As for the atmosphere, this store is located in a food court, so it can be busy and noisy most of the time. Being a for the location, being in a food court, wheelchair accessibility is good."

"Hollywood Plaza food hall. Saturday morning, popped in for breakfast. The absolute worst Bacon and egg muffin I have ever had at Macca's. Muffin was so old, hard as a rock and tasted like cardboard. Also asked for ketchup to be added, wasn't so I had to ask for sachets. The one star is for short wait time. I will not be going back."
"worst experience, ordered with app, while waiting at the counter my order was sitting there for an unacceptable amount of time, when I enquired why the sales girl stated she was waiting for a lid for the sundae. It was ready to go accept for as lid, which I removed anyway. The burger was cold, the sundae melted. Worse McDonald's I ever had."
