"We've rented a Wicked vehicle twice, both sorted out by the lovely Amanda from the Perth depot. Booking and pickups went smoothly. The cars were equipped with everything we could possibly need for our trips down in NT and WA. There were some issues with both cars, but Wicked handled them both perfectly and it didn't spoil our holiday whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Wicked to others."

"We (couple in our early 70’s) rented a Wicked Van 2 (the cheapest vehicle) for a 4 week tour of Western Australia. Amanda at the Perth location was friendly and helpful. You have to remember that this is a cheap rental - you can’t expect to get a luxury camper for a third of what other people are paying. The van is great to sleep in (mattress supplied but bring your own bedding). Lots of storage - best to bring duffel bags - don’t bring suitcases. You can set up a table inside but it’s a bit cramped. Portable folding camp table and chairs and basic kitchen and cooking supplies come with the van. Excellent fuel consumption - we got about 11kms per litre. Even though the camper had done 200,000 kms it had plenty of power - no problem passing road trains. Essential mechanics (brakes, steering, tyres) all in good condition. I gave 4 stars because some of the equipment seemed very low market - for example, we bought a $25 stove from Kmart to replace the one supplied; we didn’t like coffee in the plastic cups that came with the van and bought ceramic mugs. Some tips: Generally, be prepared to spend a few hundred dollars on camping supplies unless you bring your own gear with you. It will make your trip much more enjoyable. You can’t cook in the van so invest in a shelter of some sort, e.g. a gazebo. Buy a camping lantern. No problem staying warm even when temperatures were 3 degrees C one night (we had 2 cheap sleeping bags over us). But hot nights you need air - so bring some mosquito screen cloth so you can open a window and keep out bugs. Bring string and clothes pegs - good for drying clothes and easy to make temporary curtains with your towels if you prefer not to let everyone see you getting ready for bed! No fridge supplied, just a cooler (esky). So plan your meals accordingly. (But if you stay in commercial caravan parks you can put food in communal fridge and your ice packs in communal freezer). Overall we felt that we got good value for the dollars we spent, and we had a blast in the amazing landscapes of Western Australia. Kids loved the van’s paint job and it was a starting point for many conversations with other campers."

"Great experience, went to Margret river then to Exmouth van drove really well for how many ks. Was good to sleep in easy set up. Recommend getting camp chairs and table. Lost fuel cap and they were very chill about it. Recommended bringing sleeping gear. 10/10 recommended!! :))"

"Great, had a long weekender, very friendly and helpful staff at wicked Perth, Bentley.range of prices and vehicles to suit the wallet, got some good advice from the people there, had fun vanning, being mature took a Toyota great to drive, had the basics which is what wanted. Also made friends with the dogs at wicked, like the staff ver friendly. Good experience, I, m usually 5 star, so roughing it was like being a real backpacker, fun. At a reasonable price, the freedom was free."
