"My friend had absolutely the worst experience here! Required rotator cuff surgery. Unfortunately the medical surgical ward was down one nurse, so apparently patient care is then no longer the focus! Medication error, not given meds prescribed and left in agony! He was cold and had to try and make his own bed, with one arm, in an attempt to stay warm! No one could tell him if the surgery was successful, and told if he wanted stronger analgesia for the pain, he would have to go to his GP! Total disgrace!"
"I must thank the recepionist at A block and especially the doctor or nurse who came and checked on me when i suffered a massive anxiety attack and did not know who else to turn to for help. Thank you so much."
"Some of these nurses have absolutely shocking attitudes. They'll lecture you on how to run your life instead of just honoring their oath to help people."
"I would like to thank all the staff members including all the hardworking nurses and the Surgeon. They are very polite, caring, and made me so comfortable talking to them. The hospital is very clean and accessible. I would say please don't take anything for granted, just feel the way they treat you and do everything for your comfort and health. Thank you for taking care of me."
"Everyone I encountered here was patient, helpful, reassuring and caring. You felt you had one on one service and not "just a number". My first general anaesthetic (gall bladder removal) and all went very smoothly. Dr Tien the surgeon talks to you before the operation and the anaesthetist to answer any questions. Couldn't fault this hospital. Free visitor/drop off parking and easy pick up at front after procedure. Homely smaller hospital but high quality."
