"Bought a car 5 months ago, it broke down. I was advised by the roadside assist to call the caryard. I called and was told someone would call me back. 6 hours later I still had no phone call. I called back and was told I would have to wait a week to get my car looked at, was also told there would be no loan car available until the day my car was going in. The day comes and I call them as my car was on a tow truck on the way to the dealership, I was told there was no loan car for me, which I was assured was booked. I was told they booked a loan car for me for Monday, no notification that there was a loan car available for me at all, i was then told that it had been given to someone else as I apparently didn't show up to collect it. How can I collect it when I was told it wouldn't be available until my car was in being repaired. I have 2 young children and have been left feeling very fobbed off and stranded. I was told well there's nothing I can do, and a manager will call me. Still awaiting a manager to call me back"

"I took my rav4 in for a 1000km check up on the 5th August 2023 and waited over 2 hours. As I was driving home I realised there was grease marks everywhere in my interior. The service people were touching my interior without cleaning their hands. I called the Peter Kittle and told the receptionist about the situation. She said the service manager was not in that day and will ask him call me back when he is available so i left my details. When I got home I also realised the top of my bonnet had engine oil on it. I waited patiently for a week and no one has contacted me yet. I am upset and very disappointed with how my brand new car has been treated. I feel that Peter Kittle service department was not professional and didn't have any consideration about taking care of my car. Also the fact that they didn't even bother to call back showed that they didn't care about their customers after the car sale. Very disappointed to say the least!"
