"The ATM in front of the Hollywood Branch wasn't working today, it let me put all my details in but didn't give me my money. Had to go into branch, my name was taken and I was asked to take a seat. Apparently this is a regular occurrence the ATM not working. I do know I was the first in the line experiencing this problem so why wasn't there a sign placed on the ATM stating NOT WORKING, to me it was the correct thing do to, but no, the staff had too work twice as hard to try and correct the issues inside the branch, but no one put a sign on the machine. Come on common sense doesn't cost a thing."

"Pretty decent services tho the ATM out the front of the bank needs to be updated. I tried putting money in the ATM and it took my money gave my card back and didn't put it in my account. The bank did give me all the money that was taken. But they did tell me that peoples money gets taken at least once a day."
"Worst service ever. Everytime I use this Branch I have to wait for ages. One woman greeting people at the door then just wandering around while customers wait in line. Only one teller serving, this is always the case when I use it. Other staff in cubicles serving customers is fine. Then a woman comes out of office and walks past waiting customers and goes in another door. Returns 5 minutes later with a cup of coffee and a glass of water, smiles at waiting customers and walks into an empty office and shuts the door. Poor customer service lady. If I had walked passed my customers with coffee and ignored them I would not have a job. Finally served and the teller was lovely. No apology for wait. No goodbye from wandering woman. People's Choice!!!! What a joke. Should be called staff choice if they gonna work or not."
