"Such a lovely time we had over the last couple of days. Room is good. Just the stains in the couch and the dusty blinds and Dust on the walls and switches. Needs to be cleaned obviously after every stay! Causes a lot of sneezing and made me sick at the end of the holiday. Needs major dust and Thorough cleaning. Also Would be nice if management at the desk downstairs would be a lot more friendlier. irinya the lady down there wouldn't let me speak."

"Good location, within walking distance of the centre and the beach. Hotel is underwhelming. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay, rooms are well soundproofed internally but, the external soundproofing is poor. Motel next door is very loud at all times of the day. They start playing kids movies outside and very loud from 9am! The room was filthy. Stains on all of the furniture, hair that wasn’t our own in the bathroom and on the pillows and the walls were coated with stains from spilled drinks and other things. The one day we were due to get the room cleaned, they didn’t come. Reception staff were helpful though. It’s not the luxury accommodation suggested on the website. I can see from previous reviews that this is the common experience and despite the management saying they would improve, that doesn’t seem to be the case. It’s a real shame because there’s so much potential, if only they cleaned the rooms properly. Ok place to stay if you have a busy holiday planned but not if you’re looking for a relaxing chilled time as we didn’t want to sit on any of the other furniture (I doused the bed in sanitizer spray). Didn’t use any of the other facilities"

"Great location just off the main surfers paradise area - so walking distance to everything but also quiter. Small gym with sauna, good outdoor pool, underground parking easy and convenient. Great view to wake up to if you are facing the right direction (with city and limited beach views)!"

"stayed for 2 nights, the view was nice but wasn’t cleaned, dishes were dirty, hair all over the bathroom, stains on the lounge, balcony wasn’t clean, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed very disappointed for the fact that we paid for a dirty hotel. the receptionist were rude due to not taking rubbish in a bag from out of the hotel and not making the bed and if that wasn’t done they would of kept your $200 deposit. wouldn’t stay again"

"Good apartment and lovely view from the balcony. However, the furniture definitely needs replacing it smelt and had stains on the couch which we definitely didn’t sit on. We also didn’t receive our box of chocolate and wine that was stated on our package deal. Lack of communication and service in staff as they rang on my second last day asking for the bond payment on the apartment. The rooms were good it was nice to have a bathroom to each room. The window blinds however were dusty as well as their room service phone (which did not work either). Dust in the corners of rooms and cupboards as well. Having a cook top, microwave and fridge was very convenient. Overall was a nice place to stay, just a few gaps in their staff and cleaning roles that need to be improved."
