"Interactions with most staff were fine but after objecting to being charged in advance for a month supply of off-the-shelf medication which wasn't required to fill the current webster pack I was spoken to rudely and insulted. Complaint to Malcolm resulted in his decision that I shop elsewhere...pathetic. Received my unused medicines but not the drs letter or safety net card...discovered I was also charged for 2 scripts while holding stock ... suspicious if not unethical dispensing practices"

Helpful, polite… nothing is too much trouble. I had bought an item that was faulty and was told to bring it back in. After checking my receipt,I chose to have a replacement which was dealt with quickly, happily and professionally. This goes such a long way with good customer service. Unfortunately this particular item was returned again as the replacement was faulty as well. Dana the manager was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to sort it out and I was really impressed. Her senior staffer Meg is also fantastic. If I’m getting service like this I won’t be going anywhere else."
