(Nothing to do with the shop), this was a fault in the brand and product itself. However the awesome service offered to me, from for play or pleasure, gave me a brand new version of the product, instead of having to deal with a big brand and waiting for a replacement on warranty etc. This full proof, above and beyond commitment to customer satisfaction, blew me away and doesn’t happen often anymore.
