"Went here about 2 weeks ago, no other customers in store, did a loop of the entire store and was invisible, two staff were talking to each other and didn't even look at me, I attempted eye contact a few times but eh, the store was dampening my mood, made me feel like not wanting to ask for sizes and needed to get out, so I left and tried on at another store. It was during the most busiest shopping time of the year, all other shops were inviting and had customers, acknowledgement goes a long way."
"Unfortunately didn't find the right size and feel like you should make an effort to order half sizes in for dock martens pls. Despite this I had the pleasure to meet Ayden who would probably deserve a pay raise for his exceptional customer service. What a gem, super kind and very helpful."
"It’s a nice store, but it’s missing the friendly factor. The girl at the checkout was dressed fashionably and had a personality that was perceivably influenced largely by pop culture. By that I mean, the girl at the checkout acted nice, but wasn’t nice. There wasn’t the aspect of the sale where they offered to get you that other size of shoe; after a few awkward smiles and confused expressions from me, I basically had to explicitly ask. At a shoe store. Where they let you try on sizes. Because they only sell shoes. Through casual conversation I noticed traits that made me want to turn around and leave, however I turned back around and walked in as it’s good to put yourself in everyone’s shoes before assuming. It was what I had imagined, sadly. I felt bad for the male worker there, he seemed to discreetly be in a state of fear for some reason. Vice Versa in other pop culturey stores, everyone was friendly and full of life. It seems some places are a hub of negative activity. I hope things turn up okay for these people."
"Below average score for below average service. Staff seemed not very keen to help. I felt as though I should be apologising after asking to see a particular size of shoe. Indeed, they seemed more interested in chatting with each other. Perhaps I needed to be a 25 yo with the latest hair style."
