"My experience at house of Tien was mixed. Overall the service was exceptional by all the staff at the restaurant. Clearly undermanned and run off their feet they worked to keep our water full and help in anyway possible. The wait for our food was well over 2 hours. The entrees taking 45min to come out and then not having the duck ready for the set menu was a little disappointing. Some of the food was a bit greasy but overall not to bad. Our chicken soup came out cold. Flavour was there and the staff did work to make the experience enjoyable. I believe we had a one off experience as the overall vibe of the place was pumping and well received by almost everyone there. It's seemed our dishes were the only late arrivals. Will be coming back."
