As the Centre Director, I bring over eleven years of experience in the childcare industry. I have worked in various roles, from an out of hours school care program to being a teacher at a Montessori Centre. I have also served as a Centre Manager at a large center with a team of dedicated educators.

In my role, I prioritize creating a respectful and comfortable workplace for both my team and families. I value feedback and constantly strive to improve myself as a leader. I believe in building a sense of family within our center, where everyone's ideas are heard, discussed, and implemented.

One of the most surprising things I have learned in my years of working in early childhood education is how quickly children adapt to new environments and transitions. It is truly rewarding to witness their growth and development from infancy to preparing them for their journey to school.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner Sebastian and our two-year-old son Elijah. We love exploring parks, walking along the beach, and going on country drives.
