The burger and chicken was cold and the chips taste like they've been sitting there for hours. When we told the lady this she said she would physically take our card off of and pay for the upgrade to a large. 10/10 not coming back."

Then told they had no potatoe and gravy or gravy. This is always the experience I have at this store. Will only use South lake store or try something else from now on.
