"Mother who is frail and 92 yrs old was taken to clinic for an 11.10 appointment for a heavy persistent cough. Was asked to wait outside on one of 2 chairs in the carpark after telling the nurse that the RATest was negative. Thank god it wasn’t cold or raining. We waited there for over 1 hour. Before being seen. SURELY in this place of supposed medical care and patient wellbeing could make some sort of arrangement for patients to be accommodated on the inside. What! No zero star option. On the few occasions I have taken my mother there I have been totally unimpressed with treatment, protocols, waiting times and general demeanour of desk staff. DO BETTER ! YOU ARE THERE TO ASSIST NOT EXASPERATE."

"Tried to book an appointment to get some antibiotics,due to a cough ive had for 3 weeks. Couldnt book cause its a cough. Ended up going elsewhere and found out i had a chest infection.... Not everything is covid... Coughs can lead to more serious infections.."

"My fiancé has seen the same doctor at this clinic for several years. The doctors at this clinic are fantastic. However, the receptionists at this clinic are intolerably rude and condescending. My fiancé recently attended this clinic and was spoken over several times by one of the receptionists. The receptionist even became argumentative and somewhat aggressive in her tone. Having read through several other reviews of this clinic I am surprised management hasn’t acted on the dozens of complaints they have received regarding their staff members."

"Been coming to this clinic for almost thirty years. In that time I have seen several different doctors and have found all of them to be professional and caring. Currently a patient of Dr B Papps and I am extremely pleased to have him as my doctor, he is very thorough and gives full attention to my needs throughout each consult. He is down to earth and very caring. As for the reception staff they are always flat out with patient s face to face and on telephone. Each time they attend to me I find them to be courteous and friendly. Waiting in line to be seen by reception is not ideal but is acceptable in these days of high pressure. Well done to all who are associated at this practice."

"If I could give zero stars I would! The Dr’s at this practice are fantastic however they need to do something about the reception staff, every time I visit I have a terrible experience, I understand they are busy but they are not friendly at all. I was the only person in line and 5 of them were talking …. Not about work it was a casual conversation while I stood there for 10 minutes and during this time not one of them acknowledged me to say we will be with you in a moment,. Please consider that you may have a nervous patient anxious about their results, when I was greeted it was like I was the biggest in inconvenience for them… might need to consider a new career!"
