In addition to individual sessions, we also provide group exercise sessions led by our qualified Physiotherapists. These sessions are limited to a maximum of six participants, ensuring individualized attention. Our group exercise sessions consist of a combination of equipment, mat, and ball exercises, catering to a range of fitness levels and goals.
