"Worst customer service - period! I purchased a sound bar from another store and went in to collect it from Armadale (since they had in stock). Lady served at the TV/Audio section wasn't very helpful. The man at dispatch - not a very approachable person. After waiting for 15 mins, he brought out the sound bar and the packaging was very poor. I asked if it was new? his reply was "it is new, take it or leave it" I took it and left. Happy with the product and not happy with Armadale store. I usually shop at Cannington/carousel store even though Armadale store is only 10 mins from my house. I will not recommend Armadale Jb-Hifi store to any of my friends."
