"Instore service was great, we had no issues with our purchase. Getting the fridge delivered was the problem, we were informed (by the instore salesman) that we’d receive a text message with a time window for delivery - this never came. Got a call that no one was home when they attempted to deliver. Was given a time window the following day in which they didn’t come, upon calling multiple times they weren’t helpful. Eventually got delivered but the communication was appalling."
"I called twice before I went to the store. The first person who was male sounded like he could not be bothered, I asked him if the Washing Machine I wanted was in stock. It took him a while to find it on his computer. By that time I did not want to carry on the conversation. I then called back and spoke to Danielle who was more than happy to answer my questions. At the end of the convo, I filled the paperwork over the phone then went in to pay for my purchase. Danielle gave me great customer service. The washing machine was delivered and installed the next. The delivery men were quick and put my old machine where I wanted it. Again great service!"
