"How great is Olivia at this store. Could absolutely not do enough for me and far beyond normal sales. The store has fantastic products and the staff are 5 star. Olivia thank you so very much for your efforts. The only reason I gave it four stars was because even though many stores indicated the actual item I wanted was in stock - it was not. An accurate stock take is required and probably would have saved Olivia so much time in helping me. I would not go anywhere else for bedding and/or bath accessories. For those people leaving bad reviews about the staff, I simply don't believe you."

Specially Sharon was so nice and patient with me, even first check photos of my toilet and then went through with me lots of towels.
