"I need to refresh this review there are 2 stores in one here Eureka and Ashley apparently same ownership, our issue was with Ashley regardless the experience was still the same Our Initial Helensvale in store experience was excellent we were happily with the purchase the delivery and installation was excellent however we found faults with the furniture no phone contacts so go online and lodge a complaint the website warned that it sometimes does not work so please email waited around 10 days for a response sometime later a further reply they were going to replace the furniture around 1 month later the replacement arrived worst condition than the original so we phoned the store the Regional Manager was in store so we spoke to her we probably experienced the rudest uncooperative nasty unprofessional manager no comprise attitude the delivery team again we’re great they understood our situation we had lost confidence in the stores ability to supply a quality product they had an online method to return both lots of furniture so he spoke to the Regional Manager who abused the delivery Guy to the point he handed the phone back to me I have been in business for 40 years a greater fool I have never experienced after this horrendous affair the store manager called and advised that our payment had been returned I asked if I could have the contact for the Regional Manager boss I was told that was the CEO and she would be sacked if she gave out that information a warning to buyers there is no local quality control the goods are delivered to you in the packaging that is applied from the O/S factory the stores and delivery teams care but Corporate are a nightmare and they have no respect for their frontline staff we will never darken their door step again and advise customers if they have a problem Corporate will do everything in their power to shut you down Garry"

"Purchased a coffee table from the Helensvale store. Had to wait nearly a week to get it delivered. Once we got it delivered, we noticed that the colour of the table is not what we had purchased and that the table had strap marks from the transport all over it which makes the table faulty. Contacted the store straight away. They were very nice and understanding and the manager there said she'll contact head office to get in touch with us. Had to wait another couple of days before receiving a claims form. No call - nothing. The reply we got in regards to the claims form was, that the table is the correct table but the colour varies. I do understand that timber colour varies, but this is a significant difference which we were not told. The strap marks weren't even mentioned at all. After having to go back and forth for over 2 weeks now, my husband got finally a call from head office today where he told them that we want a refund, as this table is not only the wrong colour but also faulty and we are waiting for a resolution now for over 2 weeks. The customer service employee then said to my husband that they only offer us an exchange for the same table but the colour will be the same. Very disappointing customer service!"

"Lots of good quality timber furnitures and currently they have 50% sale. Workers are nice and helpful as well. A little unorganised in terms with furniture arrangements, I guess it gave you the satisfaction if you found something that you really like (Eureka!)."
