"Delivered Wrong rug. Told me 3 times it's being delivered Thursday and no it has not. Manager very unhelpful. Made out it was my fault and she didn't know anything about it. Do not communicate with clients or each other apparently. Helping the clients when they make an error would make a lot less frustration. 4 wks later wrong rug still in open carport (all I have). No care factor."

"This lounge is not my first purchase from James Lane but it has sure been the worst. From rude staff who didn't treat me like an actual customer until they saw my purchase history, forgetting to take the deposit off the invoice, to calling customer service to get the refund processed, to then 2 days later having someone else from customer service call to ask for my credit card details again, to these broken, cracked and unfinished feet for a $2.5k lounge.
