"I was after a pair of bib and brace overalls and my girlfriend was after a pair of work boots. I did a search on google for the overalls and was pointed in the direction of Totally Workwear Midland and looked at the site for the advertised bib and brace overalls they advertised King Gee so we went in under good faith that our trip from the country was going to be worthwhile, only to be told we don't sell them but we could get them in, living in the bush it isn't that easy to afford the cost of travelling to Perth or the time to do so, posting them is an option, but unless you know your size.... It was impractical for a first time guess. To advertise a product on a homepage online without the intention of having them in store I feel isn't the way to expect customers to visit if they will be disappointed when they walk in the door from destinations unknown with the customer feeling he or she was enticed by false advertising. Fuel and personal time costs the customer, its a shame more shops don't realise that our time is valuable as well. Online shopping OFTEN is cheaper with far better results, so much for shopping locally to try to support local businesses when they don't deserve it. On the other hand my girlfriend found a excellent fit of work boots from the store that actually fitted her perfectly, and spent 140$ in doing so. Make your own decisions maybe ringing the shop FIRST is a cheaper gamble than trusting advertising online."
"Those ladies are all helpful, nice and patient. This lady checked if a shirt fit well on my son till he became happy. Another lady decided what we were after when we went back to the store on the next day as we couldn't decide on our first visit. She remembered the brand and the size of the boots that my son wanted!!!"
