"U would think it being a store for tradie cloths that they would have decent hours for tradies how am I supposed to buy anything if ur hours are only from 8:30-5:30 I start work work at 7 and and don’t finish until 5 how am i supposed to be able to buy anything if ur hours are like that should be pretty common sense to cater ur hours towards the demographic, you’re trying to target"

"Poor service, would not exchange a pair of pants after only casual usage after 3.5 months. Got accused of doing manual labour in the pants, hence the worn material which isn't the case, only used for around home. My kmart tights for $10 have last longer than this pants. Clearly a manufacturing fault but service staff didn't want to hear it."

"Terrible service by the lady at the desk! Brought back a faulty item and asked for credit as we needed something eles in store. She said she would have to contact manager at Joondalup store to authorize, wanted me to go home and she would call me when she’s spoken to him… absolutely crazy response.. no one in the store and she apparently couldn’t call while I was there??? I ended up calling in the car and arranged my own refund which I walked back into the store and got. After explaining the bad customer service her response was “the store was full of customers” lol!!! Store was empty!!! I’m a customer to!! Better customer service training is definitely required at this store! I’ve never had any issues with Joondalup, which is normally our go to store."
