"What a disappointing letdown!!! I have been eyeing off this shop for a while now. I finally got the courage to go in there (with my anxieties) and heard a rude "YES!!???" No hello, no welcome. The sign said OPEN !! I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed that i immediately dashed out the door! If youre closed, you have your sign up saying "Open" & still have the door open perhaps you should manage better than an irritated comment! Oh well you lost a few hundred from me! Very Disappointed!"
