"I think this outlet is in a very good position for good business. However I was disappointed for this reason. I went in rather than drive thru. They were not busy at all! I was the ONLY customer inside. But they still didn't get my order correct. I ordered a quarter chicken and chips. And asked for leg and thigh. I got the snack box... still 2 pieces of chicken...but it was drumstick and huge piece of breast...and they were coated in that crispy batter(?). I was very disappointed as looked forward to an ordinary roasted chicken. Very few chips as well. If the shop or drive thru was busy, this may have been acceptable but neither was so."
