"Disappointing customer service. I ordered a small Whopper Meal and a '3 nuggets and chips cup'. Upon inspection the cup didn't seem that full considering it was meant to be a medium portion. I asked the guy at the front (I feel he was the manager) and said the chips don't look that full. He glanced at it and said that was the medium portion. The guy then turned to me and said what did you want him to do. I said it didn't seem like a medium portion (especially because it was the same as the small chips in the bag). A woman then chimed in and said that was a medium portion size. I have attached photos of what it looked like, as well a side by side of the portion size I was given (left hand side) and the small chips that came with my Whopper meal (right hand side). The food was what you would expect and the store is literally only 5 days old so it is so disappointing that the customer service is so bad. They could have added a few more chips but they didn't care nor even acknowledged why I wasn't happy with my order. I left without a fuss or comment but when my daughter asked for chicken nuggets after school I went to the KFC next door. I hope they do better!"
