"We have been regular and loyal customers of Domino's Ellenbrook for many years but in recent weeks we have seen a huge decline in taste, freshness and quality. Tonight was no exception. The mushrooms were so old as to be black in colour, the pizza was undercooked and the dough raw in places. We asked for no onion too but there was onion on it. Perhaps the very worst bit despite it being undercooked, was the huge amount of tomato concentrate used as the pizza sauce. It was so unbelievably revolting we actually felt sick and had to stop eating it. We are actually seriously worried about getting food poisoning. Absolutely disgusting. Please don't risk your health - go elsewhere for your pizza."
