"Purchased an Omega juicer for around $500 worked beautifully for around a month and then jammed will juicing carrots and was impossible to open to clean due to a manufacturing fault with the augur. The process to have our juicer repaired under manufacturers warranty has been an absolute nightmare compounded by the complete lack of customer service and care shown by this company. We have now had to pay for it to be shipped back to them and have been without a juicer for almost 2 months. Then they send us a new juicer by mistake with no correspondence and are now more concerned with getting their product back than getting our juicer to us. Still don’t have a juicer 2 months and counting. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time"
