"We have been going to this store for many years and always found it a good place to shop. But increasingly we find it almost impossible to get served at a counter - there is one open on a Saturday morning. We don't want to self check out our whole weekly shop - we'd like counters open for those who have trolleys full. Self serve is fine if picking up a couple of bits and pieces, but it should not be an ordeal to get a few counters open."

"The staff are great and products reasonable good value. The reason for 3 Stars is twofold. One is the number of days my preferred milk is NEVER there in the afternoons and I simply cannot get there before 4pm. The second is this STUPID new trial with cameras that detect purchases made elsewhere that are in the trolley. Consequently, I have started to shop elsewhere when I can."
