I got no response, but noticed however the very next day they had changed the photo for the item and my review was never published. It's such a shame their customer service is terrible, as the item itself is really good quality and they have lots of nice looking items, but you can't mislead customers like that."

"I received my wrap in mail packed thoughtfully within a little bag. Upon opening I noticed a hole in the wrap and contacted customer service to let them know. No questions asked, replied promptly and sent another in the mail and received 1 day after posting. Ensured this hasn’t happened before. Fabric appears quality and durable.
